The Star Manufacturing Ultra-Max® 60 inch Throttling Thermostat Gas Griddle (860TA) is designed with durable metal knobs, a polished one-inch thick steel plate, and four-inch adjustable legs that make it fit any countertop in your restaurant kitchen. The Star - 860TA - Ultra-Max® 60 inch Throttling Thermostat Gas Griddle has steel burners on every 12 inches of the surface and includes a grease drawer and grease trough for easy cleanup. It also offers a snap action thermostat for temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
