The Star-Max® 48 inch Chrome Electric Griddle (548CHSF) is an aluminum steel, electric powered commercial griddle with a reflective chrome surface for keeping heat inside and reducing the temperature in the kitchen. A thermostat kept in the griddle plate lets chefs know how hot the griddle is. At 48 inches wide, this griddle can cook a wide variety of food with ease.
