The 3/4 inch griddle plate spreads heat evenly for consistent cooking every time. The polished plate has an ultra-smooth finish that is easy to clean and prevents sticking. Every burner on the TMGM24 is manually controlled to allow you direct control over the flame burner.       The pilot lights can be lit and observed through the panel ports, small holes located next to each of the controls. The pilots are approximately 6" from the front of the griddle.
