This griddle’s stainless steel construction makes it durable and easy to clean, and it comes with a grease drawer so precision cleaning is simple. The steel cooking plates are heated by U-shaped heating elements so heat is distributed evenly and consistently, and Toastmaster - TMGT36 - 36 inch PRO-SERIES™ Thermostatic Countertop Gas Griddle has thermostatic controls so your chefs can easily adjust temperatures for precise cooking.
