The Toastmaster - TMGT48 - 48 inch PRO-SERIES™ Thermostatic Countertop Gas Griddle gives you a 48-inch cooking zone with a thick, polished steel plate that gives off even heat. The TMGT48 griddle has a stainless steel front and top rail with aluminized steel rear and sides. The splash guards protect cooks, and the grease trough is full width and also stainless steel for each cleaning. You can get temperatures of 150 to 450 for versatility, and the Toastmaster 48 inch PRO-SERIES™ Thermostatic Countertop Gas Griddle (TMGT48) has a 20,000 BTU U-shaped burner every 12 inches.
