Comments about Uniworld Electric Gyro/Vertical Broiler:

worst machines i have ever used. 2 months into using uniworld broilers and the motor stopped working, the grease holder cracked and leaked all the fat out on our tables, customer service is also terrible, sent me a new motor that didn't work and the whole time i had a machine down. the notches that control the heat break off easily. I will never buy from Uniworld again.

Is this completely electric(doesn't require gas)? Does it come with the pan for grease and any other stuff? Is this recommended for a food truck?

This is completely electrical and runs on 220V. The skewer does sit in a reservoir for grease to drip into.
