I don't have any complaints about the product. It's worth every penny of it. I'm a business owner n without it I won't be able to run my restaurant. I'm a cheap guy n for me to say it's worth every penny of it, u catch my drift.

Whats the max weight this can hold? Is it suitable for canning?

The manufacture says this range is not suitable for canning. They also did not have a weight capacity for the range but said it can accommodate 4 qt to 6 qt pans.
