Sealed cast iron heating elements provide an even distribution to keep everything at just the right temperature. The Star-Max® Electric 2-Burner Solid Type Hot Plate (502FF) also features an aluminum crumb tray, making it easy to clean up at the end of a long day. While the 502FF can be used in any commercial kitchen, it’s also small enough to be packed up and taken along to help with catering.
