The Vollrath Cayenne® 12 inch Gas Hot Plate (40736) is a solidly constructed gas hot plate with two burners for convenient heating from a compact source. With cast iron grates, metal knobs, and steel exterior, the Vollrath - 40736 - Cayenne® 12 inch Gas Hot Plate is built to last. This hot plate also features adjustable legs, and a stainless steel drip pan. This is the perfect model for uncompromised, even heating in a small package that can be placed wherever it is most convenient.
