Unfortunately, I can't be certain what you're referring to. Can you clarify what's going on a little more? It sounds like you're saying you got shocked and that the grill is no longer heating up.
Depending on how long you've had it, your grill may still be under warranty. Also, have there been any power outages or surges due to storms recently?
