It utilizes high temperatures of above 212 degrees Fahrenheit to quickly add moist heat to cold foods. This makes them warm without adding any unwanted sogginess. The Nemco - 6625B - Fresh-O-Matic 120V Countertop Steamer can also help reconstitute bread and rolls using distilled water and a button push.
