The Crown Steam 60 inch 6 & 10 Gallon Kettle 10 Pan Convection Steamer (GCX-10-6-10) is a stainless steel convection steamer with a 10 gallon steam kettle. This steam kettle has two compartments, each with its own cold water condenser for awesome steaming efficiency. One compartment holds a 6 gallon kettle, while the other holds a 10 gallon kettle for a total of 16 gallons of food and ingredient cooking capacity.
