The Hatco 208V 6 kW Food Rethermalizer (FR-6-208-3) is an NSF certified, stainless steel rethermalizer that can thaw large amounts of food quickly. This heater is designed to sit beneath a container and circulate the water so it stays between 140 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the optimal temperature for thawing large volumes of food. The stainless steel body makes this heater durable and easy to clean, and Hatco - FR-6-208-3 - 208V 6 kW Food Rethermalizer has a cutoff switch that stops the machine if the water temperature rises too high.
