Awesome Machine


This machine is great. We have had one in our commercial kitchen for over 10 years and it still cleans as well as day one. Its easy to service and easy to maintain. The one drawback is that it rinses at over 180 degrees F. So everything is super hot when it comes out. Can be an issue for us when its really busy, because our glassware takes a really long time to cool down. Customers generally aren't happy about getting a cold beer in a hot pint glass.

In regards to the CMA-180UC dish machine, CMA does require their established network of service professionals, otherwise this may negate certain aspects of the warranty. CMA does have a FACTS (Factory Authorized CMA Team Services) Global Service Network. Every CMA dishmachine includes the FACTS (Factory Authorized CMA Team Service) Network, and the FACTS Network is global, so any service you require is near your location. FACTS Service offers: Emergency Service and Repair, with a quick response time. Call toll-free at 800-854-6417 to locate the Service Agency nearest you. Regarding preference over Hobart; I was a former chef and unfortunately used neither of the two brands of dish machines in question; So, I cannot provide insightful information here.


what makes the 180uc model worth more than the uc50e


The UC-180 is one of the BEST under counter dishwashers on the market - all stainless steel. You can put it in the busiest restaurant and it will last about 15 years {with proper maintenance}. The UC50E is a light duty machine designed for 10-15 racks per day with proper procedures.
