Great compact under the counter unit. It has 3 cycle choices. The racks however only come in an open style​. We are still trying to source a 16" x 16" rack that has the built in dividers for glasses.

We are having REAL troubles with our glass washer leaving a film on our glasses. We have tried three different wash and rinse agents, and have not been satisfied with any of the results. At this point, we must believe that it is the glass washer itself that is not doing the job. We end up re-washing all of our glasses by hand, and feel that we have wasted time and money on this machine. We spent several thousands of dollars for this machine, and are quite disappointed. Any suggestions before we kick it to the curb?

Model number CO-402W DD dishwasher Looking to find and purchase the 16"x16" glass racks. Finding it very difficult to come across these small ones. Any help is appreciated
