The vendor has notified me that they do sell a food processor with the following specs 220V/ 60Hz/ 1 phase. If you are looking to purchase the 220V model, please reference vendor part number XCL50E, you will also need to specify either 120V or 220V, depending on your preference.

  • Q:

    Robot Coupe CL50

Does this machine generate a lot of waste i.e. food left stuck in the dicing blade? Also, how easy are the dicing blades to clean?
Asked on 6/2/2013 by Chef D from South Dakota

      Thanks for your question.

After speaking with Robot Coupe they've assured me that the waste produced/left stuck to the blade of this CL50E 1.5 HP Commercial Food Processor is very little. Additionally, Robot Coupe offers a dice blade cleaning kit for properly cleaning the blade. It is Robot Coupe part #39881, and I've included it below for your convenience.

Apologies. That spec sheet was for the CL50 Series D model only. Here is the appropriate spec sheet with the correct disc accessories.

There are measurements regarding how thin your finished product will be.

    • A:

Yes, this Robot Coupe Food Processor will slice lettuce very thin, but you'll need a dicing disc attachment that does not come standard with the machine. Here is the spec sheet for the food processor:

On the second page you'll find a comprehensive list of additional discs and kits that you can get to enhance your machine. Give our friendly sales staff a call at 1.888.388.6372 with the numbers you're looking at and we'll be more than happy to get you set up!
