The Robot Coupe CL55 Pusher Series E vegetable processor yields consistent professional quality cuts for restaurants, institutions, delicatessens, caterers, fast food restaurants and food manufacturers. This all metal machine can prepare 1200 servings in 3 hours or less. If you need to process whole heads of lettuce, cabbage, bulk cheese or any other vegetable, this unit can handle the load. Standard accessories include a metal pusher feed head with feed tube, stainless steel stand with casters for maneuverability , 2 discs (1/8” slicing and grating disc included) and 2 disc racks. In addition, a complete collection of cutting discs including slicers, waved slicers, graters, julienne, French fry and dicing grids are available upon request (52 different processing discs are available!).
