The Robot Coupe R502 commercial food processor is a work horse with the ability to prepare 2000 plus servings in under 3 hours! The continuous feed vegetable prep attachment has a large feed pusher assembly, two deep-feed hoppers and accommodates 39 different processing discs (3mm slicing and grating disc included). The 5.5 qt stainless steel bowl attachment with “S” blade is designed for vertical cutting mixing. Together these attachments allow you to prepare your ingredients quickly and efficiently. A powerful 3 horsepower three phase motor with two speeds (850/1725 rpm) is standard and for user safety Robot Coupe included a magnetic safety system and motor brake. This food processor is the perfect solution for high volume food service operations.
