Heavy. Durable. Pulled liquids out of fruits and veggies very effectively. Pulp shoot works like a dream, if used properly. Can be quite loud if used in a customer area. Basic design made it easy to take apart to clean. However, I wish we had the soaking stuff that's offered here at Tundra b/c manual scrubbing took soooo much time. Tip 1: Definitely design your juice recipes around using bulky ingredients such as carrots that will push the rest of the pulp out automatically. If it gets louder and bogged down with pulp, quickly pushing a carrot or two through should clear things. Tip 2: Put strongly flavored ingredients in FIRST so that the other items rinse. This worked well for ginger. I cannot say that something as fierce as garlic would rinse cleanly, though. Tip 3: Order an extra nut!! Someone will inevitably lose it while cleaning, rendering your juicer useless until you get a new one!
