  • Q:

What attachments does this unit come with? Are food processing attachments available (shredders, slicers etc)? Do Hobart attachments fit this unit?

      A:

The Eurodib - M20E ETL comes with the hook, whip and beater. It does not come with a hub attachment for shredding and you would need to get a #12 attachment for this. Hobart accessories will not work on this mixer.

is there a capacity chart to show the maximum flour weightfor different products. My concern is pizza dough made with high gluten flour, showing different hydrations. These charts are available from Globe and Hobart.
