Mix up to 175 pounds of dough with the Globe 175 lb Spiral Dough Mixer (GSM175). This mixer utilizes two motors - one motor rotates the bowl while the other, with two speed settings, controls the dough hook itself - to ensure that dough is always mixed consistently and thoroughly. It also has dual 20 minute timers which allow the unit to accurately and automatically switch between different speed settings during preparation. The Globe - GSM175 - 175 lb Spiral Dough Mixer is all metal and is ETL compliant.
