The Globe - SP30P - 30 Qt Floor Pizza Mixer has a gear driven motor with three speeds so you can mix and knead the best pizza dough for your customers. The SP30P mixer has an ergonomic hand lever raises and lowers the bowl with ease and an interlock system shuts down the mixer when the bowl lowers for added safety. The digital controls have an LED display to help you control the results and the excellent accuracy restarts when the mixer is turned off and on.
