Easy to operate and clean

This is a purchase well worth it. It is easy to operate. Cleaning around the blade can be a bit tricky. It's compact size with heavy duty power is a plus, does not take up a lot of space. Kitchen staff loves it.

      Yes, this slicer can handle slicing small amounts of cheese (1 - 2hrs per day). If you are looking for a slicer that is ideal for slicing cheese (any amount) I recommend the two below.
