The replacement thermostat you need is Imperial #1160. We do not have this part on our website but we can definitely order it for you if you call our sales team at 1.888.388.6372.

The temperature differentiation may be the result of a bad gauge that needs to be replaced or the thermostat needs to be calibrated. If you are not sure how to calibrate a thermostat, I recommend contacting a local service tech. If it turns out you need a new gauge, please contact our sales team for the correct replacement part. 1.888.388.6372
