    I have a Imperial oven model# ICVE-2. The upper oven temp. probe is broken in two pieces and I do not know which one to order. Can you give me the correct part # so I can get it ordered. Thank you, Mike

    What causes temperater differentiation between the temp gauge and the dial setting?

      The temperature differentiation may be the result of a bad gauge that needs to be replaced or the thermostat needs to be calibrated. If you are not sure how to calibrate a thermostat, I recommend contacting a local service tech.
