The Bronze Series double deck Southbend BGS/22SC convection oven is an action packed unit suitable for any restaurant. The 54,000 BTU (natural or propane gas) output per deck is regulated by an adjustable thermostat control. The soft air, ½ horsepower, 2 speed blower fan circulates air within the cavity “scrubbing” heat to the oven interior for even heat distribution. Five heavy duty removable wire racks are included with 11 different pack positions per oven for versatility and 6 inch legs are standard. This convection oven has an interior oven light and a window on each door allowing you to easily check on your food without losing heat. The high efficiency, non-clog Jet Stream burners are patented for a reason and the stainless steel construction ensures a long, productive life. So don’t waste any time, get this practical Energy Star rated convection oven for your restaurant today!
