The dependent doors have windows so you can watch your delicious recipes bake and the door handle has cool touch technology so you will not burn your precious fingers. Oven heating is regulated by a 150°F – 500°F temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “hold” thermostat. The Soft Air, two- speed, ½ horsepower fan motor circulates air within the cavity for even and efficient heat distribution. The electrical heating elements are located in the back of the oven and function as a single heating unit with a combined rating of 11 kilowatts.
