Convection ovens utilize a fan which circulates hot air within the cavity. That means even, consistent cooking and no more hot spots. This double deck unit provides lots of cooking space and plenty of shelves to ensure that everything fits in the oven easily. The front, sides, and top are all made of stainless steel, providing durability and a surface that is easy to clean at the end of a long day. The six inch high legs keep the Southbend - GS/25SC - Marathoner Gold Double Gas Convection Oven above the ground for better circulation around the unit and making it possible to clean underneath the oven.
