The Southbend Silver Star Single Bakery Depth Convection Oven (SLEB/10CCH) is a single deck electric convection oven made for a high-volume restaurant. It’s composed of anti-rust stainless steel on the front and top for extreme durability. The Southbend - SLEB/10CCH - Silver Star Single Bakery Depth Convection Oven is easy to use with an adjustable thermometer to keep heat from 150 to 500 degrees F. It has five racks that are fully adjustable along with 11 position guides. The oven features porcelain enamel to hold in heat throughout the cooking process. It is also CSA and NSF certified.
