Huge fryer! Was able to cook about 50 wings at a time with both baskets. Was fairly easy to clean and it heated up pretty fast! Would recommend this as a great value for that price....

How deep is the oil. is the oil deep enough to fry a turkey

mike

The Anets - SLG100 has a frying area of 18" x 18". Depending on how big the turkey is this may work. I would suggest getting a deep stock pot with an outdoor burner for frying turkey.

Steve

HOW BIG ARE THE BASKETS EACH? L X W X H HOW DEEP ARE THE BASKETS? HOW DEEP IN THE OIL ARE THE BASKETS? HOW DOES THE BASKETS HANG FRONT BACK SIDE?

The fryer basket dimensions are 16 3/4 in (L) x 8 3/4 in (W) x 6 in (H), and yes, the thermostat is dialed by temperature.

What size are the baskets and is the thermostat dial labeled by temperature?
