    I need a 3/4 to 1/2 hose with regulator for a small propane tank. I am using the fryer outside the concession stand and can only use a home size propane tank.

    what causes fryer to shut off when i turn thermostat off?

    this is a slg40. thermostat wiki lite but when i turn it to temp it shuts down completely

      Either the thermostat or high limit sensor is defective and will need to be replaced. Attached is a video that may help identifying the problem.

    I would need to have the fryer fueled by propane. could the regulator be changed before purchase or is it an additional accessory?
