The Pitco - SE14RSSTC - Solstice 50 lb High Production Electric Fryer uses electricity instead of gas to heat its oil in a design that both improves efficiency and reduces costs of operation. The well has a 50-pound capacity of oil and offers a cooking area that is 14 inches by 14 inches so it can fit a single full basket or two twin half-size baskets for cooking more than one item. The well, as well as the external panels, of the Pitco Solstice 50 lb High Production Electric Fryer (SE14RSSTC) is constructed from stainless steel. Other features include a high temperature cutoff and a solid state controller. The SE14RSSTC is ENERGY STAR® compliant, UL listed, and NSF certified.
