Is there a manual or instructions on changing pilots?

I have the IR 10 60 and a few of my pilot lites are not working. Is there a manual that shows how to replace or clean them? And do you sell the parts i need?

Iv, how old is the oven? If it’s within a year, it should still be under warranty and doing the work yourself can void that warranty. In this case, we’d suggest visiting Imperial here, http://www.imperialrange.com/service.php?Go3=Go, and search by your state to find a service agency.

If you’re outside of your warranty period, I’d still recommend calling Imperial so that they can walk you through the issue and get you the correct parts. Oven problems can sometimes be tricky, but we wrote this blog post to help navigate: http://blog.etundra.com/tech-talk/fixing-commercial-ovens/.

All of our Imperial pilot burners and assemblies can be found here: https://www.etundra.com/imperial/restaurant-parts/gas-parts/pilot-burners-assemblies/.

  • Q:

Is there a manual or instructions on cleaning the oven burners

I have the ir 10 60 and the right hand side oven has a very weak and sporadic flame. I'm guessing it needs to be removed and cleaned as i had done once but cost me a fortune! Is there a manual that shows how to do it properly?

  • Q:

Is there an accessory that would convert four of the burners into a steam table?

I would like to keep soups and and other prepared foods at temp on my range. Is there an attatchment which acts like a set on top steam table or double boiler?

I am sorry, we do not have anything like that on our site. However, I use to put steam table pans right on the griddle top at the restaurant I use to cook at.

Here are the double boilers we carry: http://www.etundra.com/Commercial_Double_Boilers-C3338.html

    • A:

In regards to the Imperial Restaurant Range & Standard Oven, I spoke with an Imperial technician and he said the serial number was required to determine if this particular model was compatible for spark ignition. Can you provide us with the serial number of your unit so we may better assist you?

The casters I have listed below will work with your Imperial range. The first one comes with a break and the second one does not have a break.
