The 60 inch wide Southbend 4603DD restaurant range belongs to the Ultimate 400 Series because of the added value, durability and efficiency Southbend engineers incorporated into the design. The exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel and consists of consists of ten 33,000 BTU star burners in a port arrangement allowing for even heat distribution. The removable cast iron top grate will hold a 14 inch stock pot and a removable crumb drawer sits under the burners for easy cleaning. This range also features two 45,000 BTU standard ovens with standing pilots and snap action thermostats adjustable for 175°F - 550°F. The interior is constructed of porcelain enamel with coved corners for trouble-free cleaning and enhanced airflow to eliminate hot or cold spots. Other standard features include 6 inch adjustable legs, one oven rack with two position side rails per oven for added versatility and a 22 ½ inch flue riser with heavy duty shelf. As an added bonus, the entire range is covered by an exclusive, one-year “No Quibble” 24/7 parts and labor warranty for incomparable peace of mind.
