The front and sides are constructed of stainless steel and all oven cavity parts are enameled. To make your cleaning process easy, Southbend added a removable crumb drawer under the burners as well as removable cast iron grate tops. Other standard features include 6 inch adjustable legs, one removable oven rack with 2-position rack glides per oven, a flame failure safety device and quadrant spring doors with ergonomic, heat resistant handles.
