Boasting a large cooking area with a considerable baking capacity, you’ve got plenty of room to produce some of your signature dishes. The areas that will see the most use and abuse, including the shelves, sides and front areas, are all made of stainless steel. Those concerned with safety will appreciate the flame failure system.       You just need to remove the kick plate under the oven door to find it.

  • Q:

    Mu church is interested in purchasing this oven to replace the one we currently have (an old Southbend). The oven will fit between wood cabinets. If we have the cabinets lined with "Mill board" which tolerates a temp of 1380 degrees F, will this meet the spec requirements or do we have to remove the cabinets? Thank you.

      This is a commercial oven and should not be put near wood cabinets as it does not have the same insulation as a residential unit.

      Electric ignition is not available for the 300 series Southbend Ranges. It is available as a no-charge option on their Ultimate 400 Series ranges. You would want to order model 4601DD and specify that you would like electronic ignition. I have listed that model below for your reference
