  • Q:

is this range self cleaning ?
    Asked on 1/6/2013 by Anonymous

    1 answer

    • A:

No, it is not. You have to clean it by hand. Also, this is for commercial use only!! It is not safe to use this in your home because it will get to hot due to the lack of insulation. It's designed to be installed in a large industrial kitchen with industrial ventilation.

  • Q:

    Is this range insulated?

    What is the clearance rating?
Asked on 7/12/2012 by spud from Illinois

    1 answer

    • A:

Most commercial ranges are not insulated. There aren't clearance ratings because you do not need them in a commercial kitchen. I recommend you contact the manufacturer if you are trying to install this range in a non-commercial kitchen setting. Sorry for the inconvenience.
