The Pitco Solstice S/S Dual 17.5 Gallon Gas Rethermalizer (SRTG14-2) allows you to heat food to serving temperature with consistent results every time. The Pitco - SRTG14-2 - Solstice S/S Dual 17.5 Gallon Gas Rethermalizer uses hot water for its rethermalization, which is 10 times more efficient than hot air methods. The dual tanks allow you to heat two separate products to different temperatures, and the digital solid-state controls give you perfect control over how much heat to apply to each item.
