      In regards to venting this Imperial IR-36-DS 36" Double Deck Standard Oven, there are a few stipulations to consider. Will this be the only piece of equipment under the ventilation? Do you want just ventilation or are you also looking for fire suppression? That said, the most important thing you'll want to find out is what kind of ventilation is required by your local health department.
