This kettle allows for mixing and steaming of up to 100 gallons of material. Perfect for large volume operations like institutions, schools and more, you’ll love the sturdy base and tilting mechanism which allows the kettle to tilt a full 90 degrees. The kettle is heated by directly applied steam through its 2/3 sleeve with up to 35 psi. The kettle, sleeve, base and tilting mechanism of the Crown Steam - DLTM-100 - 100 Gallon Direct Steam Mixer Steam Kettle are all constructed by stainless steel and this unit is both NSF and CSA certified.
