The size is perfect for a high-volume commercial kitchen, as you can cook large amounts of stews, soups, or sauces in bulk. The Crown Steam - DMS-60 - 60 Gallon Floor Model Direct Steam Kettle has an enclosed stainless steel base along with a stainless steel spring assist cover for ease of use. It features steam control and hot or cold water fill faucet which is mounted on the counter top. The kettle is NSF certified to meet the safety requirements in any kitchen.
