The Crown Steam 60 Gallon Direct Steam Kettle with 42 inch Cabinet (DMT-60) is a manual tilt direct steam kettle that is lined with stainless steel. A spring-assisted, hinged cover makes loading and unloading the steamer simple, while a perforated strainer ensures that food remains neat and as dry as possible. The Crown Steam - DMT-60 - 60 Gallon Direct Steam Kettle with 42 inch Cabinet also features a steam control valve and a steam trap so that precision cooking is easy.
