The Crown Steam - DPT-30 - 30 Gallon Direct Steam Kettle allows you to prepare up to 30 gallons of soups, broths, or whatever else you may need with directly applied steam. The kettle and jacket are both constructed from stainless steel, as is the base, to help accelerate the heating process as well as to make for easy cleaning. The sleeve in which the kettle sits extends 2/3 of the way up the kettle to disperse the heat effectively, and the locking tilt feature allows you to position the Crown Steam 30 Gallon Direct Steam Kettle (DPT-30) as necessary. The DPT-30 is NSF certified.
