The Crown Steam - ELT-100 - 100 Gallon Electric Floor Steam Kettle has a stainless steel interior that is easy to clean and care for. At the same time, you can control the thermostat to ensure the perfect temperature for your creations. The tri-leg base of the ELT-100 offers stability and the tilting feature makes it simple to move the contents of the kettle into another container once cooking is complete.
