With a tri-leg base, the sturdy stainless steel kettle can sit right on the floor and hold up to 60 gallons of food. ELT-60 has a stainless steel exterior and interior, which is highly durable, sanitary and easy to clean. The Crown Steam 60 Gallon Electric Floor Steam Kettle (ELT-60) uses electricity and also comes with a water treatment system to ensure that every time you use water, it’s clean and pure.
