With the Crown Steam 40 Gallon Double Electric Mixer Steam Kettle (ELTM-40-2) you can simultaneously have two different dishes ready to go, or prepare one batch while the other is in the final stages. The ELTM-40-2 electric double unit has a helpful power tilt on both kettles with sturdy legs and flanged feet to keep the stainless steel kettles safely upright.
