The Crown Steam 40 Gallon Single Electric Mixer Steam Kettle (ELTM-40) is a combination tilting kettle and mixer with a 40-gallon capacity that is ideal for any high-volume restaurant serving pasta, soup, or sauces. It has a 2/3 steam jacket along with floor mounted control console supports. The Crown Steam - ELTM-40 - 40 Gallon Single Electric Mixer Steam Kettle includes a set of two removable agitators and is constructed of stainless steel for durability and cleanliness. It is certified by the CSA and NSF.
