A combination kettle and mixer is convenient for your kitchen, and the Crown Steam - ELTM-80-2 - 80 Gallon Double Electric Mixer Steam Kettle has both. The ELTM-80-2 has plenty of features, such as an 80-gallon capacity on two kettles, secondary high speed mixer, primary agitator scraper, 140 to 285 degrees temperature range, 5-horsepower variable speed mixer, two agitator motors, and stainless steel construction. The height is 75-5/8 inches, 116 inches wide and 38-1/4 inches deep, and the Crown Steam 80 Gallon Double Electric Mixer Steam Kettle (ELTM-80-2) also comes with pressure relief valve, indicator light, low water shutoff, and power switch.
