The Crown Steam 80 Gallon Single Electric Mixer Steam Kettle (ELTM-80) is a self-generating electric kettle constructed of stainless steel. It offers a variable speed mixer with two agitators: a stainless steel scraper and high-speed mixer. This mixer has a front console with a power switch, mixer lift switch, and variable speed control. This Crown Steam - ELTM-80 - 80 Gallon Single Electric Mixer Steam Kettle also features kettle controls including a power switch, indicator light, pressure gauge, relief valve, and a low-water shut off. It is certified by both the CSA and NSF.
