The product measures 55 inches x 36 inches x 33 inches and has both a six and ten-gallon kettle, perfect for cooking lots of pasta and soup in a commercial kitchen. The Crown Steam - EMT-10-6 - (1) 10 & (1) 6 Gallon Electric Floor Steam Kettle has a removable splash guard grate, water fill faucet, sink, drain, and steam control valves. This kettle is NSF certified.
