Perfect for high-volume commercial kitchens like cafeterias, institutions and more, this electrical Crown Steam - EP-80 - 80 Gallon Electric Floor Steam Kettle has a durable stainless steel interior and exterior and is 2/3 jacketed. Safety features include a vacuum-pressure gauge, a low-water shutoff, and holes for securing the kettle to the floor to prevent tipping or sliding. The steam kettle is NSF certified and has a temperature range from 150 to 298 degrees Fahrenheit (65.6 to 147.8 degrees Celsius).
